1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using domestic11, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Eligibility and young players
You must be legally able to accept these Terms. Where guardian consent is required, a parent or guardian must authorize the account and publication of the young player's cricket information.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, maintain one personal account, protect your device and session, and promptly report unauthorized access. Usernames must not impersonate others, violate rights or contain abusive content.
4. Cricket records and scoring
Creators, scorers and organizers are responsible for team selections, player identity, match rules, ball-by-ball entries, corrections and results. Only authorized users may control a live match. domestic11 provides tools to record cricket; it does not certify an umpiring decision or guarantee that user-entered data is correct.
5. Tournaments and auctions
Organizers are responsible for formats, fixtures, points, player eligibility, team ownership, purse values and auction decisions. Auction amounts are in-app sporting values unless the organizer separately states otherwise. domestic11 does not process entry fees, prize money, gambling, wagering or player payments.
6. Public content
Profiles, photos, statistics, teams, tournaments, scorecards, commentary, results, auction outcomes, live scores and overlays may be public. You confirm that you have permission to upload and publish content, including information about players in a squad.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not manipulate scores, bids, statistics or permissions deceptively.
- Do not harass, impersonate, threaten or publish private information.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or sexually explicit content.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security controls.
- Do not use domestic11 for betting, gambling or unlawful financial activity.
8. Advertising
domestic11 is free and may display Google AdMob or AdSense advertising on eligible screens and pages. Ads are not placed on the live scoring pad or in streaming overlays. Advertising is subject to provider policies and applicable consent choices.
9. Offline use and availability
Offline scoring is designed to queue events when connectivity is weak, but users must confirm synchronization before clearing data, signing out or uninstalling. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages or security incidents may temporarily interrupt service.
10. Intellectual property
domestic11 branding, software, design and original service content are protected by applicable law. Users retain rights in content they lawfully provide and grant domestic11 a limited license to host, process, display and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the requested cricket services.
11. Suspension and termination
Accounts or content may be restricted for security risks, policy violations, fraud, abuse or legal requirements. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, domestic11 does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free statistics or suitability for a particular competition. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
13. Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Material updates will be identified by a new date. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply in a user's location.
