1. Scope
domestic11 provides free cricket scoring, tournament management, player profiles, auctions, notifications, public live scores and streaming overlays. This policy applies to the domestic11 Android application, domestic11.com, public score pages and streaming overlays.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
- Mobile number or sign-in-provider information.
- Name, unique username, date of birth, profile photograph and cricket location.
- Playing role, batting style, bowling style and related profile details.
- Account and session identifiers used to keep the account signed in and secure.
Cricket information
- Players, teams, logos, tournaments, fixtures, squads, toss, scorers, officials and venues.
- Ball-by-ball events, scorecards, commentary, corrections, results, points tables, leaderboards and statistics.
- Auction applications, bids, team purses, sold or unsold outcomes and audit history.
- Followers, notification preferences, public scores and overlay configuration.
Files, device and diagnostics
When a user selects an image, domestic11 processes the chosen profile photo, team logo or tournament logo. We may also process app and device version, operating system, language, IP address, request time, API status, crash and performance information, failed synchronization events, push tokens and locally generated offline-scoring identifiers.
domestic11 does not intentionally collect precise GPS location unless a future feature clearly asks for permission and explains why it is needed.
3. How information is used
- Create and secure accounts and public player profiles.
- Operate players, teams, matches, tournaments, auctions, scorecards and statistics.
- Synchronize offline scoring after connectivity returns and prevent duplicate deliveries.
- Authorize creators and assigned scorers and enforce scoring-session controls.
- Send service, match, tournament, auction, follower and security notifications.
- Diagnose errors, improve reliability, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
- Display and measure permitted advertising.
4. Public cricket information
Player names, usernames, photos, roles, city, teams and statistics may be public. Team and tournament names, logos, squads, fixtures, scorecards, commentary, results, leaderboards, points tables, auctions, live scores and overlay data may also be public.
Mobile numbers, credentials, private sessions and administrative logs are not intended to be public. Do not enter private information in team names, commentary or other public fields.
5. Advertising and consent
domestic11 is free and is supported by Google AdMob in the Android app and Google AdSense on eligible public pages. Advertising providers may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions, consent choices and approximate location under their own policies.
Ads are not placed on the live scoring pad or inside streaming and OBS overlays. Applicable users can review advertising consent choices through the app's privacy control. domestic11 uses Google User Messaging Platform where required.
6. Sharing
Limited information may be shared with other users and the public, authorized organizers and scorers, hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication and notification providers, Google advertising and consent services, diagnostics and security providers, legal authorities when required, or a successor organization subject to appropriate safeguards.
domestic11 does not sell personal information for money. Advertising technology may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some laws, and applicable controls will be provided.
7. Offline storage and synchronization
Account state, cached pages, match data and unsynchronized scoring events may be stored on the device. Queued events are sent to the server when connectivity returns and checked for duplicates or conflicts. Signing out, clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove unsynchronized data, so scorers should confirm synchronization first.
8. Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate cricket records, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Completed scorecards and statistics may remain as historical sporting records. After account deletion, directly identifying information will be deleted or de-identified, subject to legal, security and scorecard-integrity exceptions. Backups may remain until overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
9. Account deletion and rights
Users may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Use the in-app Profile legal section or the account deletion page. We may verify a request to protect the account. Depending on local law, users may also withdraw consent, object, restrict processing or complain to an appropriate authority.
10. Children and young players
A child must not independently create an account or submit personal information where guardian consent is legally required. A parent, guardian, team manager or organizer must have authority to submit and publish a young player's information. Do not publish a young player's mobile number, home address, school details or other sensitive information.
11. Security and international processing
We use encrypted network connections, authentication, permissions, session controls, backups, audit logs and synchronization validation. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process data in India or other countries, with safeguards where legally required.
12. Changes and contact
Material changes may be announced in the app or website and this page will show the new date. For privacy, correction, consent or deletion requests, email privacy@cricverse.tech. Include a username or registered mobile number only when needed for verification. Never send a password or OTP.
